Asana CoLab is a group of some of the world’s foremost yoga teachers. In addition to being asana experts, they are dedicated yoga philosophy students, steeped in the tradition of Rajanaka Yoga. Spurred by a deepening need to gather and collaborate during these troubled times, they aim to support and serve Rajanaka philosophical teachings by leading classes in direct conversation with the Bhagavad Gita lectures offered by Dr. Douglas Brooks.
Description of the asana classes:
Each 1-hour asana class will be an embodied study of the Bhagavad Gita through a Rajanaka lens. Each class will emphasize important themes, with the theme woven throughout the class. Classes will vary from uptempo to restorative. The first asana class will cover the first three lectures. Following that, each class will correspond to the most recent lecture.
Purchase all 19 classes plus bonus material for $185. When you purchase this option, you will receive an email that gives you both the zoom live and dropbox archived link to all sessions.
A portion of all proceeds will go to Rajanaka Yoga and to support our efforts to support education in South India.
